New Comic Book Imprint Now Accepting Submissions

Athens, PA— May 1, 2020 — Today, Basil E. Bacorn Publishing announced the launch of Grey Hero Comics, a new imprint specializing in the publication of new and original comics.

“Basil E. Bacorn Publishing has always been meant to produce a wide array of content and entertainment. The new comic book imprint will allow us to expand into publishing original comic books,” said Basil Bacorn, owner of Basil E. Bacorn Publishing, “I expect to be taking submissions from writers and artists over the course of the next few months, with the ultimate goal of releasing our first original comic book series in January of 2021. At this point, it is still very early in the process, but we are considering a direct subscription model with potential partnerships with local and small businesses which will allow our retail partners to earn a commission on each subscription sold.”

Grey Hero Comics is expected to publish both digital and physical comic books, likely offering two separate subscriptions for each format. As the imprint grows, Basil E. Bacorn Publishing will be hiring a Managing Director to oversee the operations of Grey Hero Comics.
